Bol.com: from 100 orders a week up to 7 orders a second
Since her foundation in 1999, bol.com has relied on Docdata’s services. Back then, bol.com started selling books and cd’s. Nowadays, bol.com is an online department store with a wide and deep assortment and with the profile of being a “shop for every single one of us”. You can buy books and cd’s, but you can also find cosmetics, toys and house & garden products. It goes without saying that this puts serious demands on fulfilment.
